"Such an easy store pickup"
I wasn’t sure how smooth the pickup would be, but it was a relief. My order was ready really quickly, and I was in and out with no dramas at all.

My JD Sports order showed up packaged really well. The box wasn’t smashed or half open or anything like that, which I always worry about a bit. Shoes looked clean too, all wrapped up properly inside. the whole thing just arrived fine, no damage, no weird issues, so I was happy with it.

"Cute shoes, but the stitching betrayed me"
I have to admit, these shoes look really nice and I was so excited when I first got them. But wow, the stitching started coming loose way sooner than I expected, which was such a letdown. They’re decent overall, but the quality definitely needs some work.

I grabbed a pair of Nike runners for less than I was seeing at a few other places, even after adding delivery. Based on that, it seems like their sale prices can actually be worth checking, not just the usual leftovers in odd sizes.
Overall I’m happy for what I paid. The site was straightforward enough, the shoes arrived in good condition, and I’d probably order again if there’s a decent discount going.

Checkout was quick and I paid without any real hassle, so that part was fine. But the little extra steps were annoying, and I kept feeling like there were too many extra steps. Nothing major went wrong, but it was still annoying having to click through stuff I didn’t really need

I grabbed a pair of sneakers during a sale and was able to use a promo code on top of it, which made the price better than what I saw elsewhere. Checkout was really easy too. I’m happy with the purchase overall, though I kind of regret not getting another pair while the discount was still on. I’d definitely buy from them again

"I had to wait a little..."
I had to wait a little longer than I would’ve liked, which was mildly annoying at the time, but the return process itself was straightforward. I didn’t run into any major problems, and once everything was processed, the refund came through just fine. So while it wasn’t instant, it all worked out in the end.
